Design
The first step is to figure out what you want the face of your wheel to look like. You can start with one of our designs, or we can make your own totally original design. We can start with pictures, cad designs, you can describe it to us, or it can be a drawing you made on an old napkin.
Specs
Once we get a rough idea of what you want and what is possible, we can work on fitment. Most people wanting to build wheels will know exactly what they want. But, if you don’t that is fine too. We will walk you through the process and figure out how to make your new wheels fit exactly like you want them to.
Rendering
Aside from unboxing the new wheels, the rendering stage is easily the most fun stage. Here we take your design and turn it into photo-realistic images. From there, we can even Photoshop them onto actual pictures of your car. That way, we can make sure your new wheels are going to turn out exactly like you want
3D Printing
Now we print a model that you can bolt to your car and ensure it will clear your brakes. We will also make some smaller models to help you actualize and hold your design in your hands.
Finalize Design
Now that your wheels are designed, and we have everything sorted out, it is time for the final OK from you to start the actual manufacturing process.
Shipping
The worst part. We have two options: by boat or by air. Boat is much cheaper, but much slower. On average, sea shipping takes 30 more days than air.
From the time you finalize the design to the wheels arriving at your door, it takes about 40 days with express shipping.
Delivery & After Service
Once you join the forged signature family, you are in. We aren’t done with you once we get your money or once you get your wheels. We will build a page on our site just for your car. Of course we want to see our wheels and other products on your car, but we want to see all your mods! We want to see your car continue to grow. And we want to keep updating your cars build page on our site!
We also provide a 1-year paint warranty on our wheels, along with a lifetime structural warranty.
